Built Intelizon ventures with 3–5X ROI and scaled JDSU products from concept to revenue in 18 months. Brings 10+ years in global product and ops at SDL/JDSU.
Holds a BTech from IITM and PhD in Materials Science from USC.

Professor Satya Seshadri
A professor at IITM, Satya bridges academia, industry and venture building to commercialise technology. Leads IndusDC’s grant strategy, university partnerships, and lab funnel.
Founded TRIGeN DC (₹6.5Cr raised, ₹2Cr revenue) and led Wankel to MVP and ₹8Cr funding.
Formerly with GE and Forbes Marshall in product development.
Holds a PhD in Applied Mechanics from Texas A&M.

Kaustubh Hanmantgad
An experienced entrepreneur with a background in building and coaching high-performing teams, he drives EIR hiring, playbook design and strategic partnerships while setting up the Decarb Club at IndusDC.
Built two profitable ventures—Zag (EdTech) and Kindling (CXO coaching for Big4, Apple, Google). Ex-CEO at Breakthrough, advising PE-backed firms.
